The device replaces conventional fuses, relays and circuit breakers and replaces it with an electronic version. Inputs can be configured as normal switches or from CAN data from an ECU. The output are then configured via a logic table to operate various devices, each one having a current limit set aswell. Such things as status and current can be transmitted to a data logger for analysis.

The picture shows the MoTeC PDM16 control unit. This unit allows the vehicle wiring to be greatly reduced and benefit from an increase in reliability and functionality.
